The research on Durice Island has you taking yet another photo of a glowing Crystabloom flower. This time, you can find it on the Shiver Snowfields course on the island at night.

About halfway through the course, you’ll approach a wide open area with a huge crevice in the ground. Your NEO-ONE vehicle will navigate around the crevice, so you’ll have to look to the right and down into the giant crack. You might notice it is glowing pink inside.

At just the right angle, you’ll spot the glowing Crystabloom flower deep in the crevice. You only have a small window of opportunity to snap a picture of it, so be quick.

If you’re having trouble spotting the crevice and the flower, here is a screenshot of what you should be looking for:

Just like the other Crystabloom photos, be sure to show Professor Mirror a nice shot of the glowing one from the Shiver Snowfields course. In return, he’ll reward you with Illumina Orbs that you can use anywhere on Durice Island. Now you can use it to track down that Illumina Spot Pokemon on the island.

That’s all you need to know about how to unlock Durice Island’s Illumina Orb in New Pokemon Snap. For more tips and guides, be sure to check out our New Pokemon Snap guide wiki.
