There’s a new event for players of miHoYo’s popular action RPG to tick off, and for once, it’s not a combat challenge. Instead, Wishful Drop tasks you with catching a certain creature across several locations using a special new ability. Here’s how to use the Endora Skill to catch Oceanid creatures in Genshin Impact.

To get underway with the Wishful Drop event, you’ll need to activate the world quest Life Flows On, which takes you over toward Dawn Winery. It’s there you will notice something strange has happened to the water, and it’s up to you to investigate the water supply to solve the issue.

After battling some Slimes, a sentient Oceanid named Endora will appear to ask for your help in solving the issue with the water’s source. To assist you on your way, she’ll give you Endora’s Bubble Spit, which is a special skill that allows you to capture Oceanids.

From here on out, your goal is to travel to different locations and capture Oceanids as you attempt to discover what is turning the water source bad. New locations will unlock every 24 hours, and completing them will reward you with 60 Primogems, 30,000 Mora, and one Heart of the Spring.

How to Use Endora Skill to Catch Oceanid Creatures in Genshin Impact

To use Endora’s Bubble Spit simply visit the gadget section of your menu and equip Inquisitive Endora.

After you’ve done that, Endora’s Bubble Spit will replace your elemental skills when active so that when you use it (L1+O on PlayStation/Z on PC) Endora will appear and shoot a bubble toward the Oceanid to capture it. The longer you hold the button(s) down, the further it will shoot.

For every Oceanid caught, the percentage of the investigation completed will increase. Once you’re done, you’ll receive your rewards.

And that’s everything you should need to know about how to catch Oceanid creatures using the Endora skill in Genshin Impact. For more useful tips and guides on the game, be sure to check out Twinfinite’s guide wiki.
