Getting the Dream Solvent in Genshin Impact

The Dream Solvent is a new item that has been added to Genshin Impact with the new update, and it allows you to convert weekly boss drops into another item. For instance, if you get an item you don’t need from the Childe fight, you can convert it into the Childe item that you do need. This makes it much easier for players to level up their late-game character talents and weapons without needing to grind for weeks on end.

To get it, you simply need to clear the Trounce Domain or Lupus Boreas weekly boss battles. These will reward you with one Solvent, making it fairly easy to farm.

How to Use it

To use this new item, head to any alchemy crafting table in the world and click on the conversion tab at the top of the screen.

From here, choose the boss drop that you do want to craft. If you have another drop from that same boss along with the Solvent, you can craft it instantly and get to leveling up your talents and weapons. This is a huge improvement from the original system where it was possible to go weeks without getting the drop you needed, making it impossible to level up your characters properly.

That’s all you need to know about how to get and use the Dream Solvent in Genshin Impact. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
