After you’ve reached the Swamp biome you’ll be able to craft several new and more powerful weapons. Here’s how to get the Draugr Bow (Fang) in Valheim.
The Draugr Bow is a big upgrade from the Crude Bow, not only hitting for more damage but also adding poison damage that whittles away enemy HP in a similar fashion to Fire Arrows.
The bow can be upgraded four times, with the final version hitting for the following stats:
- Durability 250
- Pierce 56
- Poison 20
You’ll need a Forge at level 2 in order to craft its basic form, and a level 5 Forge to hit its fourth level.
How to Get the Draugr Bow in Valheim
The Draugr Bow will become available once you have collected three key ingredients from the Swamp Biome: Ancient Bark, Silver, and Guck.
Ancient Bark is harvested by chopping down Ancient Trees. Silver is made at the Smelter with Silver Ore. Guck is harvested from Gucksackes, which are typically in elevated positions that require you to build a platform to reach (they are impervious to ranged attacks).
Once you have those materials, you’ll be able to craft a Draugr Bow with the following recipe:
- x10 Ancient Bark
- x20 Silver
- x2 Deer Hide
- x10 Guck
