Getting the Lyre in Genshin Impact

If you’re musically inclined, or you just enjoyed the rhythm mini-game so much that you want to keep playing it even after the challenge is over, you can buy a special item called the Windsong Lyre from the event shop.

All you need are 400 Festive Tour Tickets, then head to the Events panel from your menu and click on the event shop. From here, purchase the Windsong Lyre, and you’re all good to go. We’ve got a quick guide on how to get Festive Tour Tickets if you’re just getting started with the event and have no idea how to progress.

Do note that you need to have cleared all of the Ballads of Breeze challenges on Normal mode before you can purchase it. The rhythm mini-game is pretty easy on that difficulty, though, so you shouldn’t have any problems clearing it even if you miss a few notes.

Once you’ve purchased it, you can equip it from your inventory. When out in the open-world, press the Z key to bring it out, and you can start making music with the lyre itself.

Similar to the Bard music function in Final Fantasy XIV, you can basically play any note on the lyre to make music, which should come as a welcome surprise for players who love that sort of stuff.

That’s all you need to know about how to get the lyre in Genshin Impact. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
