Kratos can be purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks. For that, you’ll get the Kratos skin, and the Mimir back bling.

If you’ve got extra V-Bucks to spend, you can also get the Kratos Bundle from the Item Shop. This costs 2,200 V-Bucks and includes the skin, Mimir back bling, Leviathan Axe harvester, Guardian Shield glider, and the Freezing Burst emote.

There’s no way to get Kratos cheaper or for free by playing on PlayStation or anything like that, but there is a bonus additional style that can be unlocked.
