In this guide, we’ll run you through when preload goes live for the game on each platform, as well as when the game actually unlocks so you can begin playing.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Preload Times (PS4, Xbox One, PC)

As was the case with Watch Dogs Legion, players will be able to preload and install Assassin’s Creed Valhalla ahead of its Nov. 10 release date.

Unfortunately, no specific preload dates have been shared just yet, but based on both Origins and Odyssey’s preload times, we predict preload going live 48-72 hours before.

  • Xbox One – Nov. 7-8
  • PS4 – Nov. 7-8
  • PC – Nov. 7-8

As soon as we’ve got more specific information on when preloading will begin, we’ll update this post and let you know.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Unlock Time

As is always the case with every game that you can preload, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will not be playable as soon as the game has finished preloading. Instead, you’ll have to wait until midnight in your territory on Nov. 10 for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla to unlock.

If you try starting the game from your home screen, you’ll be given a notification informing you that the game is not yet available to play.

That’s everything you need to know on the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla preload and unlock times. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips, tricks, and guides, or check out more of our coverage on the game below.
