Obtaining more clues about the Order isn’t particularly complicated beyond actually locating and assassinating its members.

Once you’ve opened a Bureau with Hytham at your settlement, you’ll be able to gather your first few clues organically by progressing the story and exploring the nearby areas tied to this progression. This should point you toward your first few targets, which you should pursue as soon as possible once you have their general locations.

Track targets by selecting them and the checking the “Mark” option. You’ll then see a yellow icon on your map indicating where they are.

Once you track them down, you’ll then be given more clues for the next set of targets. Though it may seem a little less clear as to what you’re supposed to do, it’s the same song and dance as before: Progress the story a bit, and explore the areas unlocked by this progression for clues. Assassinating additional targets beyond the scope of the main story arcs will speed up the process.

Honestly, that’s all there is to it. It’s deceptively simple, and the majority of the quest will boil down to progressing far enough in the game to unlock the next set of targets until you finally discover the ringleader’s location.
