Tactical Ability – Gravity Lift

Apex Legends Horizon abilities

The gravity lift is created by a device called a Repulsion Star. It gets thrown just in front of Horizon when activated, then it creates a vertical anti-gravity lift.

The lift sends both teammates and enemies straight up into the air, so it can be used both offensively and defensively if you get creative.

When players are exiting the gravity lift, they’re propelled outward, so that they can get some horizontal distance for escaping, attacking, map traversal, or rotating during gunfights.

Passive Ability – Spacewalk

Apex Legends Horizon abilities

Horizon’s passive ability is powered by her spacesuit. It allows her to gain more control of her movement in mid-air, so it works perfectly with her tactical ability.

Spacewalk also allows Horizon to reduce fall impacts, giving her the chance to act quickly after long drops.

If used wisely, Spacewalk can give you the upper hand when surprising opposing teams from above.

Ultimate Ability – Black Hole

Black Hole is an extremely strong ability to have for just about any situation in a gunfight.

This ultimate ability allows Horizon to throw her robotic companion NEWT to a location of her choosing. It’ll create a micro black hole on the spot, sucking in all enemies.

They can escape if they sprint out of its pull, but the suction is so strong, that you should have no difficulty taking out low-mobility Legends while Black Hole is active.

That’s everything you need to know about Horizon’s abilities in Apex Legends Season 7. Be sure to check out our preview of all the Season 7 changes before hopping into the fight today.
