Requisition is the Star Wars Squadrons currency that you’ll use to unlock additional parts for your starfighters (ships). This is different to Glory, which is used to unlock cosmetic options for your ships and Pilot respectively. With Requisition being used to unlock parts that actually make a difference to your ship’s stats and how it handles, you’ll want to know how to get it fast and easy. Well, here’s what you need to know.
Getting Requisition in Star Wars Squadrons
Requisition is earned every time you level up in Star Wars Squadrons. You’ll earn more Requisition as you reach higher levels. As shown in the screenshot below, at level 2 players are rewarded with 2 Requisition and 200 Glory.
Once you reach level 40, you should have all the Requisition you need to unlock all the components and parts to upgrade your ships and adjust their stats.
Keep in mind that in order to unlock the cosmetic customization options, you’ll need Glory. This is earned by completing Daily Challenges and improving your Fleet Battle Rank, which is reset at the end of every Operation.
Can You Buy Requisition with Microtransactions?
No, Star Wars Squadrons doesn’t have any microtransactions and instead players must earn Requsition, Glory and XP through gameplay.
Fortunately, the progression system is balanced in a way that you’ll constantly be getting a stream of these currencies and experience, so you’ll never feel like you need to buy any. Given the absolute trainwreck that was Star Wars Battlefront II’s microtransactions at launch, this seems like a much, much better option.
