Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost is underway and, in what I guess now is tradition, there is a secret triumph for players to unlock. In this guide, we’ll go over how to unlock the secret triumph for Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost 2020. Fortunately, it’s not too hard, it’s just going to take a while.
Unlocking Festival of the Lost 2020’s Secret Triumph
So like last year’s Spider Vision, there is a tricky secret triumph that you can unlock in Festival of the Lost 2020. In order to do this, you’ll first need to collect 45 Cipher Decoders and use each and every one.
This, under current drop rates, is not a quick task. You’re either going to have to grind like crazy or play consistently every day to get 45 Cipher Decoders and then use them all in the Haunted Forest.
The best way right now to farm them is to get a small group of three players and burn through Nightmare Hunts or Strikes as fast as you can.
Through the Looking Glass
Once you’ve collected 45 Cipher Decoders and opened 45 caches you’ll receive a quest marker from Spider. He will give you an Ascendant Lens and that will unlock the Through the Looking Glass triumph.
As of this writing, what the Ascendant Lens actually does is unknown but we’ll be sure to update this post if the community does figure it out.
