Marvel’s avengers skip cutscenes

Marvel’s Avengers has arrived on Xbox One, PS4, and PC and allows players to step into the role of their favorite superheroes such as Iron Man, Thor, The Hulk, Black Widow, and more. While the campaign follows the story of Kamala Khan, she’ll bump into the various Avengers as she tries to stop AIM in its shadowy tracks. If you’re not fussed about the cinematics, though, here’s how to skip cutscenes in Avengers Game.

Skipping Cutscenes in Avengers Game

To skip any cutscenes during the Marvel’s Avengers, simply press Circle on PS4 or B on Xbox One. The first time will bring up the Avenger’s icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

The next time you press Circle / B, the game will prompt you to press it once more in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Simply do this and you’ll skip the cutscene and be thrown right into the thick of the superhero action once more.

As for skipping any dialogue, you won’t have to. A lot of the conversations between characters will play out as you’re busy adventuring over comms, so you’ll never have to worry about the action constantly being broken up, outside of the aforementioned cutscenes.

Should You Skip the Cutscenes?

It depends on whether you’re bothered about the story to begin with. If you’re not, or you’ve already played the story and just want to play through the action of the campaign again on a harder difficulty or just for fun, then go right ahead.

On the other hand, if you’ve not played the game at all, and you’re interested in seeing Kamala Khan’s adventure unfold with the Avengers, then we’d suggest watching them. There’s plenty of detail in them you won’t pick up from just enjoying the gameplay.

That’s everything you need to know on how to skip cutscenes in Marvel’s Avengers. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to head on over to our guide wiki, or check out more of our coverage below.
