Today Bandai Namco announced the next playable character for its fighting action game Jump Force.
It’s Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho, and we learn that he’ll release this fall on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. On the other hand, the newly-released Nintendo Switch version will get him in 2021.
Despite not being the main protagonist, Hiei has always been one of the most popular characters of the manga and anime, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see him become a fan-favorite in Jump Force as well.
The character pass that includes Hiei also comes with Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia, Hunter X Hunter’s antagonist Meruem, and two unannounced heroes (or villains) from Bleach and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
Below you can check out the first screenshots, directly from Bandai Namco. Yes, there are 85 of them.
Bandai Namc loves screenshots, apparently.
