How to Get Free PS5 Game Updates?
How you get these updates depends on whether you buy a physical or digital version of a game.
If you buy a digital copy of Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PS4, for example, players should be able to download the PS5 version of the game free of charge.
On the other hand, if you buy a physical copy of the game on PS4, you’d need to copy hold of your disc and put it in your PS5. This should then trigger your PS5 to download the required updates.
Exact steps on how to get these free PS5 updates haven’t been shared as of yet, but we’ll update this post as soon as we have more details.
