How to Get Nebula Thread in Spiritfarer

There are quite a few different types of threads in the game, and you’ll have to do something completely different to get each of them. Nebula Thread is found by exploring the western side of the map.

As you go from island to island you’ll notice yellow circles on the map. Some of them are crates but if you look closely at the image you want to find the one that looks like some sort of shellfish.

Set your sails in that direction, and once you arrive at the location, you’ll notice a new creature sitting on the middle of your ship. If you interact with the beast, it will begin a mini-game where you run around the ship collecting its babies that have run rampant.

The more you collect and bring back to the mother within the time limit, the more Nebula Fibre you will be rewarded with. If you need a lot of Nebula Fibre there are plenty of these spots on the map to sail to, so be sure to check them all out.

Nebula Fibre can be turned into Nebula Thread if you’ve built a loom. These two items will be used a lot to craft certain buildings and improvements.

Here’s a quick recap on how to get Nebula Thread

  1. Go to the Nebula Pillbugs

You’ll need to go to this area on the map to encounter them

  2. Complete the mini-game

Collect all of the baby Pillbugs and return them to their mother

  3. Go to the Loom

Go to the loom and select the Nebula Fibre to turn it into Nebula Thread

Well, that’s everything you need to know about how to get Nebula Thread in Spiritfarer. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out Twinfinite.
