Dirty Docks can be found on the east side of the map and is currently almost entirely submerged underwater, as has been the case since the beginning of this season.

When you reach here, you’ll want to land just to the southeast of the crane in the south of Dirty Docks to find the start of the swimming time trial.

After that, it’s simply a case of interacting with it to begin the time trial, and then swimming through the rings that appear.

The track itself is pretty straightforward and can easily be completed by using the repeatedly jumping out and diving down into the water so you glide like a dolphin through the water.
