This is a fantastic SBC. Gini Wijnaldum is very well rounded, with incredible physical, passing, and dribbling stats. He won’t work as an out and out destroyer CDM, but 86 defending is far from bad. Also, his slightly lower finishing stops him from being a great CAM.
As a secondary CDM or box-to-box midfielder, you’re not going to find anyone much better. His three-star weak foot isn’t perfect either, but at his price you can’t expect everything.

How to Complete Summer Heat Wijnaldum SBC in FIFA 20
83 rated squads aren’t as cheap as they have been, but they’re easy to put together. Your best option is to use the other upgrade SBCs that are in the game. By putting common golds you’re not using into the 85-92 rated SBC, you should have a couple of high rated players quickly that you can then build a squad around for each team.
Getting an 86/87/88 or higher rated player will allow you to use cheap 80 or lower players from the same leagues, getting you chemistry and letting you avoid the 83/84 rated players that are expensive right now.
You might have to buy one of two players to get the 80 chemistry you need for the Summer Heat Wijnaldum SBC, but you’ll have a lot of options if you’re balancing out using two high rated cards.
For the Premier League player, try to use a goalkeeper where you can, and someone like Casteels, Daley Blind, or Memphis Depay will be good for the Belgian/Netherlands player.
