If you loved Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, there may be good news on the horizon as it seems that the game is getting a sequel.
The Australian rating board just posted its classification for an unrevealed Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy as discovered by eagle-eyed Reddit user drache_the_dork.
The game is allegedly published (of course) by Koei Tecmo and developed by Gust.
The year of production, which usually indicates the release year, is 2020, so we can probably expect it soon enough.
We know that Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout is the most successful game of the series, having shipped over 420,000 units worldwide as of March 31, 2020.
Due Ryza’s popularity, it’s not surprising that the game is getting a sequel. That being said, we should take this with the customary grain of salt until the official announcement is made by Koei Tecmo.

At the moment, we don’t know on which platforms the sequel will launch.
