Bandai Namco is preparing to launch Tales of Crestoria on mobile platforms, and a new trailer was released showing one of the main characters.
The trailer focuses on Yuna Azetta, a journalist with a knack for lying and a cheerful personality.
Appropriately, she bears the “Embroiling Deceit” blood sin marked on her tongue.
You can check her out in action below.
Here’s how Bandai Namco describes her:
“A capable young journalist with a cheery personality and a penchant for lying. Her incessant, colorfully accented banter can make her come off as flaky and unreliable, but she’s willing to risk her life in pursuit of the truth. She also sells illicit information to Vicious on the side.”
If you want to see more of Tales of Crestoria, you can watch 25 minutes of gameplay, another trailer featuring the hero Kanata, another showing Misella, one showing Vicious, one featuring Aegis Alver, the previous trailer, another promotional video, the previous clip, and the extended reveal trailer featuring a collaboration between animation studio Kamikaze Douga, which recently worked on Batman Ninja, and DJ Yasutaka Nakata.
The game is coming for iOS and Android. It was supposed to be released in 2019, but it was delayed back in October. We recently learned that it’ll launch worldwide in early June.
Incidentally, Tales of Crestoria will be the first Tales game to release simultaneously worldwide.
If you lean more toward console games, another game of the series is in development titled “Tales of Arise” for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but we haven’t heard anything new about it for quite a while. We do know that it’s supposed to come this year.
