Spike Chunsoft sent a press release yesterday about the upcoming ports announced for Japan during a livestream on Saturday, but it didn’t explicitly mention that they would be available in English.

Twinfinite reached out to the publisher to clarify this point, and we heard back that the games will indeed include the English localization.

The titles will be Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition, Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition, and all three are coming for iOS and Android. Pricing and release dates have not been revealed yet.

All ports will include the following enhancements:

  • Brand New UI
  • Easy and smooth operation with touch controls
  • Added the gallery function for easy access to illustrations, event scenes, voice lines and concept materials!

Incidentally, we hear that we should look forward to more news from the 10th anniversary project.

Speaking of that, we also get an official translation of the livestreams to commemorate the series hosted by voice actress Megumi Ogata. Those will be only in Japanese, and will start on May 21 at 5 am PDT.
