The 2020 PSN Spring Sale is live right now and will come to an end on April 28, so if you’re looking for the best games to purchase during the sale, look no further.

Death Stranding

Original Price: $59.99

Sale Price: $29.99

Death Stranding is Hideo Kojima’s latest epic and now that it’s been out for a couple of months, it’s starting to see several discounts across the board. The game reception all over the place upon release due to it being a totally unique experience for a AAA title and it was sort of a “you either love it or hate it” type of situation.

You play as Sam Porter Bridges as he literally walks his way across a barren wasteland of America to reconnect major cities on the map. Whether or not you enjoy the idea of taking your time and walking around mountains, nobody can deny that the game is utterly stunning when it comes to its visual presentation and the performances from the voice cast.

Death Stranding may have been polarizing but this game will forever be remembered for breaking the mold in a time of massive open-world RPGs and first-person shooters.

God of War

Original Price: $19.99

Sale Price: $14.99

Sony Santa Monica took a franchise that was known for being purely focused on combat to the next level with this reboot of God of War. Kratos is now a character that people can actually relate to. He also has a son now which the player character will need to help care for, and the Nordic-inspired world is brimming with little details and secrets that help flesh everything out.

God of War was a slam dunk for Sony and now that the title’s been heavily discounted, it’s a great time for you to jump in if you haven’t already, that is if you like extremely satisfying combat and a fairly compelling narrative.

Doom (2016)

Original Price: $19.99

Sale Price: $7.99

Now that Doom Eternal is out and everyone has gotten their fill of shooting loads of demons in the face with all types of deadly weapons like the BFG 10,000, you might be craving more of that frenetic action and that’s where Doom 2016 comes in.

The reboot of the classic first-person shooter franchise from id Software is every bit as good as Doom Eternal and considering that it’s only $8 right now during the PSN Spring Sale, it’s a great time to pick it up if you haven’t tried it already.

Kingdom Hearts All-In-One Package

Original Price: $99.99

Sale Price: $29.99

This Kingdom Hearts collection has been drastically marked down on the PSN Store and if you’ve been itching to get a jump into the franchise or even just finally get your hands on Kingdom Hearts 3, then there is no better time than now.

This $30 collection contains every single mainline Kingdom Hearts game and even those bizarre spinoffs that came to PSP, DS, and the 3DS. It’s a wonderful price for all of these games and they are sure to keep you busy for hundreds of hours, at the bare minimum.

This is truly the standout discount during the Spring Sale right now if you’re a fan of JRPGs.

Just Dance 2020

Original Price: $39.99

Sale Price: $19.99

You might be stuck indoors right now, and considering that it can be hard to get proper exercise without getting to a gym somehow, checking out Just Dance 2020 might be the perfect game to play right now.

I actually recently bought this game for my Nintendo Switch and it’s been working wonders when it comes to getting light physical exercise indoors.

The tracklist is fairly decent with some popular bops here and there and you can play with just a smartphone in your hands, but just make sure not to throw it across the room.
