Nioh 2 is nominally about samurai slaying Yokai, but as any truly hardcore player knows, fashion is the true end game, and you might find yourself wanting to freshen up your look. Here is how to change hairstyle & beard in Nioh 2.
How to Change Hairstyle & Beard in Nioh 2
The first thing you do in Nioh 2 is to create the custom character, known as the protagonist, that will be your avatar during your adventures in Sengoku era Japan.
The character creator is one of the more robust that we have seen featured in other Soulslike’s and is far more reminiscent of MMORPG’s than other action-RPGs.
While it is worthwhile to spend some time at the onset of the game creating your perfect character, it is completely understandable that you might want to jump straight into the action.
Thankfully, the option to completely redesign your character is available to you as soon as you complete the first main mission of the game. There is nothing more frustrating than being stuck with a custom character that has some kind of flaw that you only notice several hours into the game!
All you have to do to change your hairstyle, beard, physique or even gender entirely is go to the Starting Point menu (simply push Circle when on the world map) and select the Hut option at the top of the list.
From the Hut menu, simply select the Change Appearance option, and voila, you are able to redesign your character from scratch.
That’s everything you need to know in order to change hairstyle & beard in Nioh 2. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game, or check out our Nioh 2 guide wiki.
