Going to the Gym in The Sims 4 for PS4 and Xbox One
Like with other locations in The Sims 4 on PS4 and Xbox One, you can go to a gym by traveling to the different sections of the World where they’re located.
To do this, all you need to do is select the phone icon as the Sim that you want to go to the Gym. This will open up the phone menu, where you can choose to go to the World menu and visit different locations.
Next, cycle over to the Car icon with R1 on PS4 or RB on Xbox One. Then, press down on the D-Pad to cycle down to the Option. This will open another menu where you can select Sims you’d like to accompany you to the new location or area.
Confirm your selection, and then you’ll be brought to the World menu. Here, you can select which area you want to go to, including the Gym. It will be marked by a dumbbell icon.
Select the Gym, and then confirm your selection to travel there. After that, you’ll be able to have your Sim exercise as much as you wish, and can go back home whenever you like by selecting the phone icon again and traveling back to your house.

They will travel with them to whichever new destination you choose.
