Detrimental Diseases
This Detrimental Diseases mod is one of the most thorough overhalls of the disease system in Skyrim. Not only are these illnesses more serious than ever before, but they also can give you slight boosts in different areas.
This upgrade builds in a bit of min-maxing, which is much needed in a game like Skyrim where you can easily master every skill. A quick example is that bone break fever will raise your temperature, thus decreasing your stamina greatly. However, your higher temp will help you resist ice attacks.

Vision
If you’re deep into the weeds of Vampirism or Lycanthropy, then this Vision mod is for you. This adds a ton of beneficial powers that can help you easily see enemies who are hiding out in dark places.
Werewolves get Heat Vision and Vampires get Blood Vision, which are two sides of the same coin that help with identifying enemies in the dark. On top of that, both of these creatures and Khajiit characters get improved night vision in general.

Quick Vampire Dodge
This mod is the classic Vampire power that lets you turn into a cloud of bats either to escape harm or just for the heck of it. You’ll definitely want to be playing in third-person when you use this skill.
This is one of the coolest animations you’ll see in Skyrim and it’s quite useful as well. If you need to get out of a jam, this can be a last resort that will grant you one second of invincibility and two seconds of increased speed.

Retro Daddy’s Treasure Hunt
It’s a goofy name, but Retro Daddy’s Treasure Hunt is one of the most fun mods that will get you back into rediscovering your love for exploring Skyrim. You probably already know the map by heart, but this will bring you all over the place to locations that are sure to bring back memories.
An Orc will give you a journal near the Honningbrew Meadery and there’ll be a note posted on a bridge close by that will help you find the first treasure. You can use the journal to help you find the other treasures scattered across Skyrim.

Everyone in Whiterun Is a Mudcrab
The Everyone in Whiterun is a Mudcrab mod is nothing more than dumb fun. It’s literally what it sounds like, but it’s not game-breaking since it just changes character models. Each NPC still maintains the same VO and speech options.
If you want to turn all the NPCs of Whiterun into little scuttling crustaceans, it’s suggested you do so on a new save. Also, you’re going to need the Hearthfire DLC and the Unofficial Skyrim Patch for this add-on to work properly.
