Unfortunately, we’ve got some bad news for you this time around. You cannot change hairstyle in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore. That includes being able to change the hair color, or even just the length of that particular character’s hair in their default style.

The only way you can change your character’s appearance is by changing their outfits. You can unlock more outfits through story progression and by purchasing them from the costume shop.

You’ll unlock more costumes that can be purchased from the costume shop by completing more side stories in the game. So if you’re all about your characters looking fashionable and fly in combat, side stories are well worth spending your time on.

Other than that, you’ll be stuck when it comes to customizing your character appearances. As much as you may want to change the hairstyle or hair color of your party, it’s just not going to happen.
