Today’s a pretty exciting day for Pokemon fans, as CremaGames and Humble Bundle have just released Temtem via Steam Early Access. This is a new MMORPG that’s clearly drawn a lot of inspiration from the Pokemon series, and it’s definitely one to keep an eye on if you’re a fan of those games. Here’s how to gesture and use emotes in Temtem.
How to Gesture and Use Emotes in Temtem
Because it’s an MMORPG, you can expect there to be tons of social elements in Temtem that allow you to interact with the other players you meet online. Aside from just chatting with them, you can also make use of gestures and emotes that are built into the game.
To do this, bring up the menu by hitting either the Tab or Esc button. Under the second tab, choose the Emotes option and this will bring up an emotes wheel with four different options to choose from. Just select your desired gesture, and your character will use it onscreen.
Any other player who happens to be around you during that time will see you emoting, and may choose to respond back to you as well.
This doesn’t seem to serve much of a purpose other than letting other players know you’re being friendly, or that you want to battle, but it’s fun to make use of those gestures once in a while anyway.
To recap, here’s how to use gestures and emotes in Temtem:
- Bring up the menu by pressing the Tab or Esc button.
- Under the second tab, choose the Emotes option.
- Choose whichever gesture you’d like to use from the wheel that pops up.
