How to Unlock Secret Episode & Boss (Yozora) in Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind

The Kingdom Hearts series is no stranger to secret bosses, with the Sephiroth fights in the first two games, Lingering Will in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, and a host of others across the series. ReMinds secret boss is a pretty cool nod, building off the end of the original game. It’s gonna take a bit of work to get there, though, so let’s go over it.

Time needed: 4 hours

Here’s how to unlock the secret episode and boss in Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind.

  1. Play through the main ReMind scenario. This should take roughly 3-4 hours.

  2. From there you’ll unlock the LimitCut episode on the Downloadable Content menu. You’ll need to beat all 13 bosses in the episode.

The bosses are Xehanort, Xemnas, Ansem, Young Xehanort, Terra-Xehanort, Vanitas, Xigbar, Saix, Luxord, Marluxia, Larxene, Dark Riku, and Xion.

  3. Once you’ve beaten all 13 you’ll unlock the Secret Episode on the menu. This will give you a few new short scenes and the ability to face off against Yozora.

Interestingly, the Secret Episode actually has two different endings, based on whether you lose or win the fight. You’ll likely lose it at least once, as this is one of the toughest bosses in the series yet.

That’s everything you need to know about how to unlock the secret episode and boss in Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind.
