If you’re going to keep up with the challenges that Dragon Ball Z Kakarot throws at you, you’re going to want to make sure you’ve always got a healthy supply of D Medals at your disposal. D Medals allow you to buy new moves and Super Attacks at Training Grounds. Here’s everything you need to know on how to get D Medals in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, and how to use them.
How to Get Dragon Ball Z Kakarot D Medals Fast & Easy
There are a couple of different ways you can get D Medals:
- Finding Them in the Open World
- Completing Sub Stories
Finding D Medals in the Open World
The easiest way to get D Medals is to simply find them floating around in the open world. They look like floating silver orbs, as shown in the screenshot above. All you need to do is find them, and then run over and interact with it to pick it up.
You can make D Medals even easier to find by using the ‘Search for Ki’ option. This is LB on Xbox One, L1 on PS4, and Left Shift on PC.
Sub Stories
Alongside the main story content, you’ll occasionally see little blue icons appear on your map.
Head over to these and complete these little sub stories and some of them will reward you with D Medals.
How to Use D Medals
To use your hard-earned D Medals, go to a Training Ground. These are indicated by a little green icon on your map.
Training Ground fights will only unlock as you reach them on the skill tree. To do this, you need to buy the previous skills and progress through the story.
Anything else on the skill tree that has a green icon is a Training Ground skill and you’ll need to go there to unlock it.
