The Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection is the latest compilation of the franchise from Capcom and today a new trailer confirmed that it’ll arrive on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC next month, Feb. 25. This is actually a month delay from the Jan. 21 date originally targeted.
As we discovered when it was first revealed midway through 2019, Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection is comprised of all four Mega Man Zero games, Mega Man ZX, and Mega Man ZX Advent, each packing new features that should make replaying them a thrill even for veterans.
In addition to improved visuals, new features include the Z Chaser competitive rush mode, which allows players to race to complete challenges from both the Zero and ZX games.
There’s also now the option to play casually and jump into random stages, too, thanks to open-maps. Also, quality of life improvements like Save-Assist, streamlined new layout options, as well as an in-game gallery and music player make for a modernized experience.
If you’ve not played the Zero games before, the series builds upon the Mega Man X series with upgradable weapon skills, unique EX abilities, and “Cyber Elves” offering a range of enhancements.
