How to Farm the Debt Collector in Borderlands 3

The Debt Collector is one of the new bosses you can fight in the Borderlands 3 DLC, and you’ll encounter this enemy in a side mission titled Sisterly Love.

The mission itself will become available after you visit Timothy’s hideout in the Spendopticon. You’ll then be able to accept the mission from Sandy Heart.

The mission itself is pretty easy, and once you clear the mission and beat the Debt Collector for the first time, you’ll be able to start farming him.

However, the Debt Collector is a rare spawn, which means that you’ll probably need to reload your game a few times to get him to show up. The Debt Collector has a chance of spawning in the Spendopticon, near Timothy’s hideout and in front of the casino.

Each time you reload the instance, he has a chance of showing up; and if he doesn’t, just leave the area, re-enter, and try again. Defeating him again will reward you with the trophy/achievement titled Who Collects the Collector?

In addition to that, this boss can also be farmed for a chance of getting some of the new Legendary weapons exclusive to the DLC area.

To recap, here’s how to farm the Debt Collector in Borderlands 3:

  1. Reach Timothy’s hideout in the Spendopticon.

  2. Accept and complete the side mission Sisterly Love from Sandy Heart.

  3. Find the Debt Collector as a rare enemy spawn in the Spendopticon.
