Reset Terrain Feature

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod gives you a new tool that allows for the total reset of all the terrain on your farm in Stardew Valley.

What this means is you will be able to reset, clear, or generate everything and anything that spawns on a farm map.

If say you needed some more trees on your farm to collect wood for a new building but you have cut them all down, instead of waiting for them to regrow you can simply just hit a button and make them all spawn again.

A very useful feature, especially for players that are always downloading new maps to try out and want to do some quick fixes.

Platonic Relationships

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod makes it so you don’t need to be romancing a bachelor/bachelorette NPC in order to reach a 10 year relationship with them.

Normally, unless you are romancing an NPC you are never able to get more than an eight heart relationship. Now you can max out your hearts with everybody in the town without being a total flirt.

Don’t worry though, the option to romance is still available. You just have to give your chosen NPC a bouquet at an eight or higher heart level to begin dating them like normal.

The mod plans to have new friendship events in the future when you do reach those high levels with NPCs.

Less Restrictive Ponds

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod removes all restrictions on ponds so you can put in clams, legendary fish, algae, or almost anything else you want.

This means you will be able to produce roe from the legendary fish very easily, which fetch a high price when you sell them off.

Your old pond will seem useless compared to these new ones.

Customize Your Character Anywhere

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

When you first boot up a new game you are able to customize your character on a little screen shown above. But what if you want another shot at changing the details of your farmer?

This mod allows you to pull up the opening game customization screen whenever you wish. Once downloaded you can change your farmer’s appearance no matter how far you are into the game.

Starfruits Regrow

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

Starfruits in Stardew Valley are a special crop that grant some of the highest selling values in the game. They only grow in the summer, take 13 days to grow, and have to be replanted again after they are harvested.

This mod makes it so the Starfruit plant will not have to be replanted every time you harvest, and instead will regrow just like the trellis crops on your farm.

The regrowth time is set for seven days, but there are options to choose between 7-12 days if you wish.

This way, you can make the most bang for your buck in the summer months with tons of Starfruit plants that just keep on giving.

New ‘Universe’ Swords

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod gives you five new universe swords for conquering the galaxy.

The swords include:

  • The Kraken Blade: 70-100 damage, +2 defense, + 2 critical hit chance.
  • The Obsidian Horror: 100-120 damage, +2 speed, +4 defense, +5 critical hit chance, +3 weight.
  • The Fang of Cerberus: 110-140 damage, +3 speed, +4 defense, +7 critical hit chance, +5 weight.
  • The Nightmare Blade: 150-180 damage, +3 speed, +6 defense, +10 critical hit chance, +8 weight.
  • The Prismatic Sword: 777-777 damage, +777 speed, +10 defense, +2- critical hit chance.

Obviously if you are going for results, the Prismatic Sword is likely going to be your best bet.

Vintage Interface

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod replaces the game’s interface with a cream-brown version that is very soft and delicate in its design.

All the interface displays from the opening screen to dialog and item boxes will be changed to match this stylized look.

There are even options to choose which parts of the new interface you want to change and which ones you would rather keep vanilla (or changed from another mod).

Mushroom Propagator

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod gives you a new way to grow mushrooms on your farm.

After Robin builds you a cellar in your house, Demetrius will drop by to give you a new recipe. This recipe is for a rotten log that can be kept in the cellar and will grow mushrooms overnight.

It costs 20 wood and one hardwood to craft a mushroom log, and the logs grow over time so they will grant more and more mushrooms depending on how long you keep them.

If you don’t check them everyday, the mushrooms will accumulate in a little stack off to the side so you can still collect as many as you could if you had checked them.

The mushrooms can also be grown in the greenhouse and the small cave at the top of your farm. The sprite itself also has a small animation that looks like the log’s fungus is moving around.

Stardew Notifications

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

This mod provides notifications for production, harvesting, and events in Stardew Valley.

Just like normal notifications, they will pop up in the bottom corner of the game screen in a little window. Some of the features include:

  • Reminders for birthdays (and birthday gift-giving).
  • Reminders for traveling merchant days.
  • Reminders for tool upgrade completion.
  • Reminders for when the spirits are very happy (increases luck).
  • Reminders for festival days.
  • Reminders for when items spawn in the farm cave.
  • Reminders for when items in the shed and around the farm are ready to be harvested, and more.

This way you can spend more time farming and less time trying to remember random events.

Foliage Rework

Best November 2019 Stardew Valley Mods

If the same old Stardew Valley world map is getting old, this mod offers a new, fresh look with more-detailed foliage updates that change with the seasons.

The map recolor changes the terrain, buildings, and water, as well as replaces all the trees, grasses, and bushes with a new set design.

The color are much more toned down, with the seasonal palettes specially chosen to reduce eye-strain.
