First of all, we get to see the first concept artwork created for Metal Max Xeno Reborn 2, which showcases some really massive enemies (source 1, 2).

You can enjoy them in the gallery below. Interestingly, we also get some giant flying enemies.

Metal Max Xeno Reborn 2 will be set in western Japan as opposed to the Tokyo Bay featured in its predecessor. It’ll place more emphasis on challenge and survival.

It’ll be certainly interesting to see them in-game, even if we’re likely a long way away from actually seeing some gameplay for this one.

Speaking of Metal Max Xeno Reborn, we also get some  new screenshots for that, showing enemies and the returning dog Pochi.

Max Xeno Reborn and its sequel will come to PS4 and Nintendo Switch respectively in 2019 and 2020 followed by a reboot for unknown platforms code-named “Code Zero.”
