As alluded to above, the Trove Guardian is a high value target that roams around the Anchor of Light area of Shadowkeep’s Moon. You’ll need to take him out before attempting to find the chest. We’ve highlighted a spawn location below.

How to Get Trove Guardian Chest in Destiny 2

Now that you’ve taken out the Guardian, it’s time to find the “hidden path” that’s mentioned just after he’s been killed. So where is this path? It’s very close, actually, only the platforms are completely invisible. They will reveal themselves, of course, but you need to be looking in the right place.

When you’re battling the Trove Guardian, you should notice a large hill/scrap pile behind. The hidden platforms essentially wrap around the hill. After you’ve jumped on the first one, run to the end and wait for the next to spawn. Keep going until you reach the end.

You’ll then find a chest, which typically contains glimmer, various materials, rare gear, and occasionally Lectern items.

The great thing about this chest is that it will eventually respawn, so it’s a good farm location if you need it.

And that’s everything you should need to know about how to get the Trove Guardian Chest in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep. For more useful tips and guides on the game, head over to our extensive wiki guide. Potentially useful related content is also listed below.
