While the Braytech Werewolf auto rifle has a requirement of just 1,000 candy, it actually takes a lot more than that. This is because you need to complete the Master of Disguise Triumph first, which is going to require you to gather a bunch of Chocolate Strange Coins.

The Master of Disguise Triumph is completed when you purchase all of the masks that Eva Levante has for sale in her inventory during Festival of the Lost 2019. Once you do that, you’ll be able to trade 1000 candy to Eva Levante and purchase the curated Braytech Werewolf.

We have a guide all about Chocolate Strange Coins here if you’re looking to farm them quick, but definitely make sure to at the very least complete all of Eva’s bounties every day and week while Festival of the Lost 2019 is active in Destiny 2 in order to keep your Chocolate Strange Coin counts as high as possible.

That’s all you need to know for how to complete the Master of Disguise Triumph in Destiny 2 for Festival of the Lost 2019. Have fun collecting candy!
