Today Sony Interactive Entertainment hosted the PlayStation Live Show 2019 from Osaka, Japan, and Koei Tecmo showcased some more gameplay of its Souls-like samurai action-JRPG game NiOh 2.
As opposed to what we saw at Tokyo Game Show, this time we get the full complement of three players fighting at the same time, while before we saw only two.
We get to see them tackling a level and a brutal boss battle, and it looks both very hectic and a whole lot of fun.
Soon you’ll be able to enjoy the gameplay yourself, as an open beta will start on November 1 and continue for ten days. Of course, it’ll be only on PS4.
You can see what I mean by watching it below.
NiOh 2 will release for PS4 in early 2020. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the latest trailer, the previous multiplayer gameplay, the latest batch of screenshots, and plenty more images from the day before.
Recently, Twinfinite attended a presentation by Producer Fumihiko Yasuda, who shared a lot of interesting details about the game, including an overview of its extensive multiplayer features.
Last, but not least, a few days ago we heard about the upcoming open beta.
