How to Use Squad Fitness in FIFA 20

Before you load into a match in Ultimate Team, you’ll be presented with you team to make sure everything’s as it should be. There’s a lot you can do here like change the players you’re using, alter your custom tactics, and apply consumables.

One of those consumables that can be applied to your Ultimate Team is Squad Fitness cards.

On the Squad Screen in Ultimate Team, press L2 on PS4, LT on Xbox One and ZL on Switch. Your PC input will depend on your mouse and keyboard setup.

After pressing that button, select “Apply Squad Fitness” and if you have one available for use, you can apply one to your team. They come in bronze, silver, and gold card types.

If you don’t have any and are looking to get more, they can be found in packs, earned after completing certain objective rewards, and bought from the transfer market.

Here’s a step by step breakdown of how to use Squad Fitness.

  1. Go to Ultimate Team.

    This is the game mode where it can be used.

  2. Press L2 and select Apply Squad Fitness in the menu.

  3. Select the one you want to apply and you’re all set.
