Now that the game is available in EA Access, you can jump into the game to buy FIFA Points and begin working towards your dream team.

You can also buy them from the store section on your platform of choice, but it’s probably easier to do so from FIFA 20 itself. Then, once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll be able to spend the points right away without having to mess around with starting the game again.
