Best Skyrim Mods of July 2019

Make All The Things

This mod is for the most creative Skyrim players out there. With over 500 new crafting recipes from added to vanilla Skyrim and its DLC packs, it’ll be hard to run out of new items to create. With so many craftable items, there are a few pointless recipes for pots and pans, but this Make All the Things mod includes over 20 spell scrolls that are completely unique.

If you’re afraid of a messy screen, there’s no need to worry.  They addressed the menu clutter issue that’s sure to happen when you add 500 of anything to Skyrim by only letting a crafting recipe appear when you have one of the required items. This way you can also still see what you need to collect to create your new favorite bug jar.

Stamina and Magicka Regen Boost

If you want to give yourself a leg up in battle, but you don’t want to go too crazy, then just slap the Stamina and Magicka Regen Boost mod onto your game. This mod does exactly what it says and can make you feel like a god of magic. It’s important to mention that this mod isn’t compatible with scripts to change stamina and magicka regen or mods that alter character race.

This mod lets you customize how quickly these bars will refill and it splits up regeneration into in combat and out of combat categories. The slowest boost you can get doubles the speed of regen and the fastest one will make your bars go back up at six times the regular speed.

Cow Tipping and Chicken Kicking

Welcome to the most disrespectful mod in Skyrim. If you want to go around being a public menace without the regular repercussions of killing animals in Skyrim, then, by all means, check out this Cow Tipping and Chicken Kicking mod.

Please, just keep this aggression towards livestock confined to Skyrim where you can finally role-play as the bully that causes havoc for the innocent hard-working farmers. Best of all, the animations just look hilariously ridiculous being performed by the Dragonborn.

Spiders Infestation

Source: Juju53

If giant spiders weren’t terrifying enough, Juju53 had to go ahead and shrink them down to the size of large tarantulas. Even at this smaller size, they look terrifying. What’s even worse is that now you can fit even more of them into a single room. They claim it’s helpful for people who are afraid of large spiders, but a room of massive tarantulas is even more horrifying.

This Spiders Infestation mod will replace the larger spiders often found in spider nests with these creepy swarms of arachnids. Also, their smaller size can make these eight-legged foes more difficult to land solid hits on. The best course of action would just be to blast them away with some fire.

Realistic Snow Effect Replacer for Wet and Cold

Source: yhniiii

As someone who is from a part of the world that gets ungodly amounts of snow every Winter, I can appreciate a good snow-related mod. This Realistic Snow mod gives snow that has fallen on a character a much more realistic look than the vanilla textures.

Before, the snow would just seem to lightly dust the clothing and skin of characters when in reality the heat given off by the human body melts a certain amount of the snow. This mod captures that more realistic look perfectly. It has the perfect balance between melted snow and still frozen snow left on the surface of the character.
