CEO Yves Guillemot talked about the partnership with Epic Games Store mentioning that Ubisoft and Epic are “working very well hand-in-hand” to make sure they can grow sales between both the Epic Games Store and the Uplay Store (which is doing “extremely well”). Growth is coming step-by-step and combining the two stores Ubisoft is “very happy” with what they are achieving.

Speaking of the partnership with Google Stadia, Guillemot mentioned that the extra cost to port games to the platform and to make sure that the games work well is “not that high” and is now part of the publisher’s development pipelines. They have a “good relationship with Stadia” to make sure that the endeavor is profitable.

Chief Financial Officer Frédérick Duguet also mentioned that while the publisher will let Google talk about platform commissions, the financial equation is “good” for Ubisoft.

Back in March, Ubisoft pledged to bring many of its games to the Epic Games Store and has been showcased as one of the primary publishing partners for Google Stadia.
