Kadokawa Games’ upcoming simulation JRPG codenamed “Project Stella” is perhaps the developer’s most mysterious project, but today they shared another glimpse.
President Yoshimi Yasuda himself shared a new screenshot on Twitter.
You can check it out below.
Yasuda-san’s message mentions that Starly Girls was a mobile game that he directed, and while it involves painful memories of not being able to provide a satisfactory service for the users, he knows that there are many enthusiastic fans waiting for the next game.
If you’re unfamiliar with Project Stella, it’s a mysterious strategy/simulation JRPG in development for consoles spearheaded by original developers behind the Front Mission franchise and the God Wars team. It’s a spin-off of Kadokawa Games’ recently shut-down mobile game Starly Girls: Episode Starsia, which featured the evergreen combination of cute girls and mecha action.
For now, we just have seen some early screenshots, and information on what the game will actually entail is extremely limited.
We recently heard that more information is going to be shared at an event in the fall. Yet, if you stay tuned on Twinfinite you might just get to hear something more sooner than that. Yes, I’m winking right now.
