A secret currency of sorts, Mini Medals are a reward players earn for completing tasks on the Isle of Awakening or completing Builder Puzzles scattered across the main hub islands in the game.

They can be used to unlock a variety of items, from new equipment and crafting tools to accessories that can alter the appearance of your character without diminishing their attributes.

Of course, this is only after players have reached a certain point in the game where they can cash the medals in, with them serving as little more than collectibles before then.

How to Cash in Mini Medals

To cash in Mini Medals, players will need to have completed the portion of the main story set on Furrowfield and have returned to the Isle of Awakening.

Once they do, they’ll be asked to complete a smattering of tasks before they reunite with the Hairy Hermit, who will offer to accept any medals they’ve found in exchange for new items and accessories.

From this point on, players can return to the Isle of Awakening at any time to speak with the Hairy Hermit and exchange medals for items, with the Hermit informing them of how many they need for the next item up for grabs.
