What Are Pursuits in Destiny 2?

For any newcomers who might not even be aware of what Pursuits are, let us run you through them pretty quickly. These are essentially small bounties that’ll see you and any other Guardians in your party embark on mini-quests in order to nab yourselves some fancy rewards. They’re short and sweet bits of gameplay that are well worth your time when you’re done with the bigger stuff.

Where to Find Pursuits in Season of Opulence

Bungie has decided to move where you access Pursuits with the arrival of Season of Opulence in Destiny 2. Rather than them simply being in your Inventory, they can now be found in the Director.

To access Pursuits in Season of Opulence, you’ll now want to hold down the touchpad on PS4, or the View button on Xbox One, or Tab on PC to open your Director, and then press L1 or LB. This will bring up a list of all of your active Pursuits.

You can tag up to three of them at any time from here by pressing X on PS4 or A on Xbox One on them, and this will make them show up on your screen while playing. Just as you always could, you’re also able to dismantle them by holding Square or X, and examine a particular one for more details on it by pressing Triangle or Y, just in case you need some additional info.

Essentially, not a whole lot has changed in terms of how Pursuits work or how you interact with them, other than they’ve been moved out of your Inventory and into the Director and now have a fancy screen.

That’s all you need to know about where Pursuits are located in Season of Opulence. Be sure to check back soon for more tips, tricks, and guides on the new season, or be sure to check out our Destiny 2 Forsaken guide wiki for more.
