Today Compile Heart updated the official site of its upcoming PS4 game Azur Lane: Crosswave.
This time around we get the reveal of Nagato, diminutive priestess in her looks, but actually a terrifying demon able to unleash hellish barrages. If you play the original Azur Lane, you know what I mean. If you want to hear a sample of her voice (provided by Misaki Kuno), you can find it here and click on “voice.”
On top of that, the developer also added dialogue samples, which you can listen to here (simply by clicking on each image). Featured are Nagato herself, everyone’s favorite yandere lover Akagi, and the new shipgirl Shimakaze.
You can check out all the images below. If you want to see more of the game, you can also enjoy the reveal of Helena, Hornet, and Yorktown, that of Atago, Takao, Enterprise, Columbia, Saratoga, and Cleveland, that for Hood, Yamashiro, Yukikaze, Unicorn, and Long Island, the unveiling of Bismark, Ark Royal, San Diego, and Hamman, the reveal of Vestal, more screenshots and another shipgirl reveal, more images and gameplay details, the latest trailer, additional images showing newcomers Suruga and Shimakaze, and the trailer that revealed them.
Azur Lane: Crosswave will launch on the Japanese shelves on August 29, 2019, for PS4. A western release has just been announced for 2020.
If you’re interested in the franchise as a whole, you can also check out our report of the event Yostar organized in Yokosuka, Japan.
