It is a good card but overpriced. Coming in around 160k coins, you could buy better cards for a lot cheaper. Also, he’s more than twice the price of the most expensive tradable Saudi League TOTS, and a lot more than he would be on the market. Anyway, here are the requirements.

Brazil – Giuliano SBC

  • Brazil Players: Min. 1
  • Team of the Week Players: Min. 2
  • Team Overall Rating: Min. 83
  • Team Chemistry: Min. 80

FIFA 19 Reward: Rare Gold Pack

85 Rated Squad – Giuliano SBC

  • Team Overall Rating: Min. 85
  • Team Chemistry: Min. 75

FIFA 19 Reward: Mega Pack

Due to the recently released Premier League TOTS SBC, the Giuliano SBC is made quite difficult because 85 and 86 cards have become extremely expensive.

That will only affect the 85 rated squad, though, since you’ll have to just bite the bullet and buy expensive players. The La Liga is probably the best option right now as it has many high rated players in FIFA 19 to choose from and many of the Premier League players are out of packs.

For the 83-rated squad, the best thing to do would be to stick with the Liga Nos or Chinese League, since those players haven’t gone up too much in price and they have plenty of 83s. There are also loads of Brazilian players to pick from in those leagues.

For the TOTW player you need for the first part of the Giuliano SBC, be sure to stick with players from the current FIFA 19 TOTW since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed.

That’s everything you need to know about how to complete the TOTS Giuliano SBC in FIFA 19. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
