How to Get Soul Fragments in Mortal Kombat 11

Soul Fragments are earned anytime you win at anything in MK 11. It can be Online, in Towers, or anything really, just get a W and get some Soul Fragments.

Towers of Time in particular should be your first stop as you can sometimes receive larger quantity of fragments as a reward for completing Towers and hitting certain point totals.

This makes it a fairly easy consumable to farm. Maybe not as easy as Koins but still, you just need to be out there playing, and winning a bunch. Grind some Towers, play some ranked matches, or whatever you feel like doing, and then return to the Krypt once you have a decent amount of them to play around with.

What Soul Fragments Are Used For

Together with Koins and Hearts, Soul Fragments are one of the key resources you’ll need throughout your adventure through the game’s Krypt if you’re interested in unlocking all of Mortal Kombat 11’s customization options.

They are used to open specific chests and doors around the Krypt, which contain different kind of loot than the chests that take Koins.

They are also used as a resource for The Forge, which can be used to create useful items that you actually want, from total junk.
