Epic Games has just released the third and seemingly final teaser ahead of the Fortnite x Avengers crossover event due to begin tomorrow.

The latest teaser follows the previous two on the official Fortnite Twitter account which showed Captain America’s shield, and Thor’s axe, Stormbreaker, in the second. In this one, players can see one of the Fortnite skins donning Iron Man’s repulsor gloves, which seemingly suggest that all of these items may be more than just cosmetic goodies players can get their hands on.

With the rumored return of the Thanos Infinity Gauntlet LTM coming as part of the Fortnite x Avengers crossover event tomorrow, there’s a chance that these teased items could be weapons that players will be able to use to help combat the threat of Thanos.

Details still remain scarce on exactly what players can expect from the event beginning tomorrow, but the tease of Iron Man’s repulsors don’t seem to really fit in with any other type of cosmetic item we’ve seen in Fortnite up to this point.

Chances are we’ll find out the full extent of the Fortnite x Avengers crossover event and what it entails as part of tomorrow’s content update. For now, it’s all just speculation.

What are you hoping to see show up as part of the crossover event between two of the biggest world phenomenons right now? Let us know down in the comments below.

Fortnite is available to download for free on PS4, PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android devices. Avengers: Endgame hits cinemas on April 26 in the US, and April 25 in the UK.
