Life is Strange 2 Episode 3

It’ll still be some time until players can dive back into Life is Strange 2, but developer Dontnod Entertainment has released a brief teaser for Episode 3 to tide them over in the meantime.

Streamed via the game’s official YouTube account on Apr. 4, the teaser contains a brief exchange between the main character Sean Diaz and Cassidy.

Cassidy asks Sean how he feels being with her and her friends following the events of the last episode, to which Sean remarks that he’s never felt so free.

It’s not much to go off of, but at the very least it shows Sean and Daniel will enjoy a brief moment of respite after having to leave the safety of Beaver Creek.

The teaser is also accompanied by a mock image of when the scene would take place, with several people surrounding a campfire out in the wilderness.

If it’s an accurate representation of the scene, then there will be other members of Cassidy’s group for Sean to meet and interact with.

Fans can check out the teaser for themselves below.

Launched on Sept. 27, 2018, Life is Strange 2 is the latest entry in the episodic story-driven series.

It follows the adventures of the siblings Sean and Daniel after their father is killed in a police shooting, the trauma of which awakens supernatural powers in Daniel.

With them, he accidentally kills the police officer responsible, forcing Sean to take him on the run and find a safe place for them to restart their lives.

The season’s first two episodes have been met positively by critics and fans, with many pointing toward its willingness to tackle current racial issues in american culture as a major strong point.

Fans can look forward to seeing what’s next for Sean and Daniel when Episode 3 launches on May 9 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
