Can You Change Language in One Piece World Seeker? Answered
One Piece World Seeker, the new open world adventure game based on the hit anime and manga series, is out now. Here’s everything you need about whether you can change language in One Piece World Seeker.
Unlike a lot of other games based on anime or manga, Ganbarion’s game released at the same time in both Japan and the West.
However, if you’re playing the game in the West and are hoping that you’ll be able to switch to English voices, instead of having to cope with it being in Japanese, you’re out of luck.
As of the game’s release and the time of this guide’s writing, you cannot change language in One Piece World Seeker. Japanese voices are your only option, currently.
However, that’s not to say that the option will never be added to the game in the future. Whether it be part of a larger update or something that’s added on its own, it’s certainly possible that Ganbarion adds English voices or the ability to change them sometime in the future.
With fans replying to Bandai Namco’s tweets and threads starting on the topic, it seems like there is a demand for the ability to change language in One Piece World Seeker. So far, we the publisher hasn’t commented on the prospect, and the fans don’t seem very optimistic.
Of course, as always, as soon as we know more about it or the ability to change language is added to One Piece World Seeker, we’ll be sure to update you here.
