Dragon Ball FighterZ has certainly built a very solid fanbase since its release, and today Bandai Namco officially revealed the next DLC character.
Since we didn’t have enough versions of Goku, we’re getting another one, Kid Goku from Dragon Ball GT. At the moment a release date for the DLC has not been announced, but he’s likely to be coming soon enough.
This variation of Dragon Ball’s protagonist will come with his power pole and has been revealed by Bandai Namco’s official Twitter account.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. If you want to know why it’s so well loved by anime and fighting games fans alike, you can check out our review.
The second DLC pass of the game also includes Videl and Jiren, with Broly from Dragon Ball Super and SSGSS Gogeta who have been teased for a release down the line. At least none of those is another Goku.
The game was recently confirmed to be part of the official line-up of titles that will appear on the main stage of the EVO 2019 fighting game tournament. We also saw a rather gorgeous figure by MegaHouse portraying the game’s original character, Android 21.
