The Sims 4 has just gotten its latest expansion filled with all sorts of intriguing mysteries just waiting to be solved. On top of that, there are tons of new items you can build to decorate your home or pull off some wacky pranks. That said, here’s where to find the laptop in Sims 4 Strangerville.

As with every new expansion, the game adds in tons of new objects you can purchase in the build and buy mode. These items can range from furniture to new technology, including a laptop. If you want one of these gadgets yourself, you’ll need to purchase the Strangerville expansion pack first.

Once you have it, simply open the Buy mode in Sims 4 to look through all of the new items added to the game. To specify your search, head over to the Electronics section and shuffle through all of the gadgets until you come across the laptop. This basic version is called the “Standard Portable Computer,” and you can also type that up in the search function to find it.

This laptop will set you back 1,000 Simoleons and comes with the following perks:

  • Fun: 5
  • Reliability: 3
  •  +Video Gaming Skills
  • +Programming Skills
  • +Comedy Skills
  • +Writing Skills

You can also purchase the “Customized Personal Computer” that costs 4,250 Simoleons in Sims 4 Strangerville. It comes with the exact same features, except Fun is now 8 while Reliability becomes a 7.

If you don’t have the Sims 4 Strangerville pack, you won’t be able to add the laptops to your game. It’s unsure whether we’ll see more of these devices in other future packs, but we’ll make sure to update this post if they do.

That’s about everything you need to know about where to find the laptop in Sims 4 Strangerville. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
